How many times have we witnessed our President cower before tough international decisions to take the easy road out? On Ukraine, he almost did not send the Ukrainians any U.S. weapons. Not until our allies in Europe sounded the alarm over his timidity. On Afghanistan, his administration engineered the worst exit ever recorded. As bad as our exit from Vietnam. And now, we come to learn that Biden feeble response to Mohammad bin Salman’s working behind the scenes to decrease oil production by 2mbd also fits the same pattern of gutless behavior.

What response is Biden contemplating? He wants to discourage American businesses from expanding their ties in Saudi Arabia. Not a joke, folks. Guess who is laughing with abandon at this idea? Vladimir Putin and Mohammad bin Salman. Asking a capitalist not to pursue profits is like asking Elon Musk to remain quiet.

HAWKS OVERSEAS AND EMPATHY AT HOME

We must become hawks overseas and empathetic at home. In other words, be a Republican on foreign policy and a Democrat on domestic policies. That’s really what will make America great and protect its interests. Oil prices have not risen to worrisome levels since MBS announcement, but that is not the point. Saudi Arabia today is acting like a hostile country and we must have a better response than not sending any U.S. official to a Saudi worthless event.

As for American companies heeding your advice, let us consider this action rationally. Any executive has two options in front of them.
