In our nation of greatness, a person cannot impersonate an FBI agent, but anyone can impersonate a state elector in the Electoral College scheme and get away with it. Apparently, the real electors had to file a civil lawsuit seeking monetary damages to discourage this practice in the future. Meanwhile, everyone is asking: Where is Waldo Garland?

Why has the DOJ not filed charges against these Republican impersonators? Fake electors should face prison time, not a civil lawsuit the plaintiffs could easily lose, which would pave the way for more fake electors in the next election cycle.

Honestly, why do we have a Department of Justice in this country? We might as well just let Republicans steal, cheat, and lie while we ask ourselves when will Merrick Garland grow some Chutzpah.
