Fake Electors Should Face Prison. Where is Waldo Garland?

In our nation of greatness, a person cannot impersonate an FBI agent, but anyone can impersonate a state elector in the Electoral College scheme and get away with it. Apparently, the real electors had to file a civil lawsuit seeking monetary damages to discourage this practice in the future. Meanwhile, everyone is asking: Where is Waldo Garland? Why has the DOJ not filed charges against these Republican impersonators? Fake electors should face prison time, not a civil lawsuit the plaintiffs could easily lose, which would pave the way for more fake electors in the next election cycle. 

Honestly, why do we have a Department of Justice in this country? We might as well just let Republicans steal, cheat, and lie while we ask ourselves when will Merrick Garland grow some Chutzpah.

The real electors should not be the ones trying to protect our country by filing a civil lawsuit.

FAKE ELECTORS, FAKE WIN, FAKE TRUMP

How far do Republicans have to go before the Department of Justice pursues justice? Beyond the low-hanging fruit insurrectionists? Look around you. All the main actors behind the Insurrection of January 6, whether those who empowered it, financed it, or planned it, remain free. None has been held accountable by Merrick Garland. Garland is pursuing Steve Bannon not for his treachery, but for snubbing a Congressional subpoena. While he lets many others, like Mark Meadows, off the hook.

We still stand by what we wrote before. Whether firing Merrick Garland would serve the interests of our fraying nation. These are difficult times we are going through and the last we need is a non-existent Attorney-General who does not seem to understand the dangers of the undercurrent the whole nation is swimming against. History will not tolerate such weakness if and when the Trump MAGA world tries again to install fascism. Garland will be judged accordingly if he does not act.

The real electors should not be the ones trying to protect our country by filing a civil lawsuit. What if the fake electors win because of a bad jury or a judge. Every Republican moron would be trying to become a fake elector in 2024. Ruminate on that possibility, Mr. Garland.

Our justice system is fully broken. There is no consistency, no fairness, and no justice for extremists who cheat and lie. Only black Americans face justice in this country. At the end of a gun barrel a rogue white supremacist and violent police officer could brandish instantly, or by courts rigged to punish the poor and the helpless.

Meanwhile, Republican fake electors walk free. Honestly, where is Waldo Garland?
