Only Peace Will Make Israel Prosper

Anyone who believes that Israel’s prosecution of war against Gaza will somehow bring Israel closer to securing its borders from terror are fools who don’t know history. Only peace will make Israel prosper, not the indiscriminate revenge mass murder of innocent Israeli Palestinian old men, women, and children. For peace to happen, we must rid ourselves of Hamas, but also of the extremists in Israel who have targeted Palestinians in the West Bank to occupy their lands and homes under an apartheid system of occupation and humiliation.

Their war on Gaza aims to force an exodus of Palestinians of gargantuan proportions against international law and our humanity.

Only when Israelis rid themselves of the fanatics ruling the country, can they start paving the way for peace. Terror revenge against terrorism will, if history is our witness, only create more acts of terror to avenge the terror revenge. It’s a vicious circle of death and destruction that is blocking the rise of great pacifists leaders, from a region known for such, to bring peace and prosperity to all.

Unfortunately, on both sides, the extremists control the agenda.

As Kahlil Gibran wrote in The Prophet, “Pity the nation that acclaims the bully as hero,
and that deems the glittering conqueror bountiful”.

There is no peace with the Israeli government bullying Palestinians into submitting their freedom and their lands, nor will there be peace with Palestinians using terror in response. Both sides today are held hostage by violent extremists who control the destructive destiny of both people.

As a result [Jabalya bombing camp], three South American countries have cut ties with Israel. Is that worth the life of one Hamas militant that Islamic extremists grow like algae?

THERE ARE NO COST-BENEFITS ANALYSIS

In a CNN article titled “US warns Israel amid Gaza carnage it doesn’t have long before support erodes”, the authors wrote:

This description is incorrect when Israel attacks a refugee camp full of innocent civilians to kill one Hamas militant. As a result, three South American countries have cut ties with Israel. Is that worth the life of one Hamas militant that Islamic extremists grow like algae?

The Israeli government is on a revenge quest, while its leaders are fuming at the mouth with insanity. Unquestionably, there is no rhyme and reason to the mass murders of Palestinian women and children, just inhumane rage and fury. Just as there was no humanity to Hamas killing innocent women and children in Israel. No sane person can condone one while condemning the other.

Only peace will prevent more future wars. If history is our barometer, today’s war on Gaza will only produce more terror and more terrorists to strike Israelis in the future. You can bank on that.
