The Last War Putin Will Ever Wage

It just dawned on Vladimir Putin that attacking defenseless civilians in Syria is so much easier than attacking well-armed and motivated Ukrainians with immense backing from the West. Putin, for better or worse, truly believed he can roll over Ukraine as he did against Chechnya, Syria, Georgia, and the Crimea. He believed that President Biden’s response to his aggression in 2022 will emulate the lack of response he encountered when he invaded the Ukraine in 2014 under the Obama era. In our opinion, Ukraine will be the last war Putin will ever wage against any other country. He has exhausted both his legitimacy as a powerful and strong leader and the supremacy of his armies in a matter of six months.

No other superpower leader has ever been humiliated so conclusively by such a small country in such a short period of time. It goes to show that our fear of Russia is utterly misplaced.

All the bravado Putin demonstrated since he ascended to power has been duly humbled by his latest defeat in the Ukraine. The man will never, ever dare to ride a horse shirtless again.

Now, he knows better after the United States and NATO clipped his wings of violence and death. Now he knows how easy it was to drop barrel bombs on defenseless Syrian civilians as opposed to fighting people with superior weaponry and the determination to defend their homeland.

The world has no choice but to exact a humiliating defeat against Russia to stop the madman Putin from ever using force again.

DEMORALIZED MILITARY DRUNK ON VODKA

Watching Russians prosecuting this war, one could not but consider that for every liter of diesel fuel their tanks consumed, their soldiers consumed two liters of Vodka each. It is an exercise that quickly falls prey to the jaws of defeat no matter how determined is the Kremlin in waging its wars of violence, once again, against other countries and people. For those in the know, the Ukraine latest invasion is Putin’s fifth war in 22 years.

How many leaders can claim this feat in our modern history? Besides Adolph Hitler?

Today, the Russian army is a demoralized entity lost between surreal expectations, bad leadership, and even worse military hardware and logistics to fight a modern war. Soldiers are dying by the bushels, and as news trickle into Russia about the number of grieving mothers, something might break. The hope would be Putin’s hold on the country.

Already signs of discontent are mounting on both sides: His supporters and his critics. Both have united in their anger to Putin’s latest defeat.

Meanwhile, the west continued military support for Ukraine makes this war the largest one by proxy. Just yesterday, President Biden announced another $600 million in new weapons to help rout further the Russian army. Absolutely no reason to hold back.

The world has no choice but to exact a humiliating defeat against Russia to stop the madman Putin from ever using force again.

Is it time to strip Russia of its United Nations veto? We must heat the rubber ofprobably  this discussion for its tracks to catch that road.

THE LESSONS THE WEST AND PUTIN HAVE LEARNED

The defeat will tamper any international assistance Putin might expect from the Chinese and the North Koreans. Even China will think very hard before planning any invasion of Taiwan.

The superiority of western weapons Ukraine demonstrated on its battlefields has given pause to most developed countries. Some, who were contemplating buying Russian military hardware, will have no choice but to halt such purchases. Many will outright turn their attention to western armaments. In fact, we believe Putin has killed the Russian weapon industry. A slow and painful death, we might add.

The negative and irreparable repercussions of the Ukrainian latest victory against Russia, and Putin personally, will be more visible with time.

Without a doubt, never again will Putin wage another war to spread the specter of a non-existent superpower sitting on an ageing arsenal of nuclear weapons. An arsenal that may be working against him after this defeat.
