Apartheid IsraelThere are many countries around the world pegging their hopes on an ICJ’s verdict that would hold Israel guilty of committing genocide in Gaza. While such an ICJ guilty verdict would be a victory for humanity, it means little for the genocide in Gaza. Israel’s very existence violates the law, as a western colonizer of Palestinian lands and as a claimant of its only-Jewish status. We do not need the ICJ to confirm the illegality of Israeli actions, when Israel itself is illegal because its people refuse to coexist with the indigenous people of Palestine.
When your very own existence is a violation, what use would be another U.N.-mandated condemnation. Since its birth in 1948, Israel has violated so many U.N. Resolutions, it is hard to keep count. The U.S., alone, has vetoed 53 U.N. Resolutions aimed at holding the rogue country accountable for its crimes against the Palestinians.
Why would the ICJ’s verdict fare any better if the United States, Israel, and most of Europe are going to ignore its recommendations. It’s just another day at the office for the criminal enterprise of Israel.
In essence, laws stand at the mercy of the powerful, and not in the service of humanity. And when they do serve humanity, the powerful ignore them when it suits them.

ISRAEL’S LONG TERM GOAL IS TO ETHNICALLY CLEANSE ALL THE PALESTINIANS
The thing most journalist, pundits, and analysts either miss, or purposefully ignore, is the fact that Israel is an expansionist project, which aims at occupying all the Palestinian lands before it moves into Lebanon. The sooner, the better.
This means Israel is willing to start wars at a moment’s notice to fulfill its identity of thievery.
The Israeli extremist settlers, which are terrorizing the helpless Palestinians today, are eager to find new homes for their numerous offsprings. So, they steal and pilfer at will in the West Bank and force Palestinians off their lands and homes. Of course, it is illegal. But since when anything illegal stopped Israel. Almost everything Israel practices is illegal.
Did you know that when a settler reaches a marrying age, preparing for their wedding also includes finding a Palestinian home in the West Bank to steal? A wedding is incomplete if it does not come with a stolen home.
When Israel’s very existence violates the law under its system of apartheid, everything Israel practices is against the law. Hence, it is probable the ICJ is going to rule in favor of humanity, or maybe not. The important factor to remember here that it really does not matter. Israel is going to violate the law because its very existence is a law violation.
