After Biden lent his total support to an extremist government in Israel, which executed a strategy of ethnic cleansing, forced migration, and the deliberate mass murder of women and children, it matters little what Biden says now. His legacy is tied to Gaza, the way President Bush legacy is tied to the Iraq War. His failure as president is as clear as the sun in a July sky.
President Biden is a total failure on Gaza. Let us admit it openly. There are not enough reasons to hide the obvious, and anyone who tries to spin that bottle from hell, is going to burn their hands. Gaza is Biden’s doing, regardless of the legitimate and righteous reasons for Israel to defend itself from the Hamas terror.
Can you feel the pinch, Mr. President? Can you hear the millions of people crying in Gaza? Or, dying a slow death? That’s on you, Mr. President, as much as it is on Netanyahu and his evil and inhumane cabinet. Israel could have exacted revenge on Hamas without the possibility of killing tens of thousands of innocent civilians, and destroying their homes.
Most of the Israeli hostages live, but Netanyahu is killing the living in their name. So is Biden.
MAKING A U-TURN
Biden felt the rage of people from across this land, critical of his policy towards Gaza. People from his own administration, from Congress, and from several swing States who took to the streets to denounce him publicly.
Then suddenly, Biden started to appease the “other side”. Those who felt angry over the mass murder of women and children in Gaza. He began calling for corridors of humanitarian aid, which trickled into Gaza but without having an impact. Two trucks carrying fuel to some 1.5 million displaced people is not aid. It is an attempt at calming those who may never vote for Biden again.
Biden, to this day, refuses to call for a ceasefire to ease the pain of some 2.3 million Gazans, 99% of whom had nothing to do with the Hamas terror against Israel. How is that for collective punishment? Insisting on release of Israeli hostages as a precursor to a ceasefire for 1.5 million Gazans to get urgently needed medical attention is as inhumane as it gets. Most of the Israeli hostages live, but Netanyahu is killing the living in their name. So is Biden.
But it matters little what Biden says now. The damage has been done. He has set his legacy in stone, which is tainted with the blood of the innocent.
Biden is betting on his 2020 Gen Z and Arab American voters to forget his idiotic mistake come November 2024. Maybe the Gen Z would, but not the Arab Americans. Good luck with that. Mr. President.
You may not know it, but those who know the history of the region, will tell you Arabs never forget, or forgive. Just like Israelis, in fact, except for the forgiveness part. Israelis are a bit more civil than Arabs.
