We have established a pattern in the Middle East that started during the 1973 Yum Kippur war, in which the late Henry Kissinger’s shuttle diplomacy averted an Israeli loss. Since then, when Israel loses a war, or is about to lose a war, the US always has a peace plan in place to avert another disastrous outcome for Israel.
This time around, Joe Biden dispatches his Middle East envoy Amos Hochstein, another committed and biased Zionist, to strike a deal between Israel and Hezbollah in Lebanon, in which neither country attacks the other.
For its part, Hezbollah is not interested in any deal in which it does not halt Israeli terror against the Palestinians in Gaza. “Commit on all fronts, or don’t bother” is Hezbollah’s message to both Israel and the United States.
Prior to Gaza, Hezbollah boasted a quasi approval from the Arab street for its ideology of militaristic resistance. Most Sunnis still saw Hezbollah as a Shiite foe. Not so after it attacked Israel. Watch this video below of Sunni Lebanese in the North praising Hezbollah, and some welcoming the organization and its fighters in their homes as a badge of honor.
Nothing scares the West like Sunnis and Shiites forming a united front.
But beware of Hezbollah. It neither lacks Arab street support nor a conveyor of far-reaching missiles, or the capacity and the will to teach Israel a lesson.
WHY NOW?
Why is the US eager for such a peace plan between Hezbollah and Israel to succeed? For two main reasons.
- The Biden Administration, too feckless to control the war criminal Benjamin Netanyahu, is concerned about Israel sparking a regional war that would drag Iran into the midst, and by extension, also the United States. Just about when Americans are about to vote in November.
- Hezbollah has exacted big losses on Israel in the North, to include neutralizing its iron dome. Yup, US mainstream media forgot to inform you. As far as the militant organization is concerned, the chances of reaching targets deep inside in Israel have increased exponentially.
Hochstein mission will fail miserably. Hezbollah has the upper hand even if Israel is exacting huge losses on the organization’s infrastructure, and even if Israel has already killed hundreds of Lebanese civilians in the process. We know you did not know about this small fact. That Israel is also murdering Lebanese civilians too.
The satanic Zionists cannot help but spill the blood of the innocents.
Hoschstein will come back empty-handed, just as the US attacks on the Houthis have not made such a big dent in its capabilities to make Israel pay a steep price for its genocide in Gaza.
Yes, Gaza has been destroyed because it was land-locked and under an extreme system of apartheid in which it could not smuggle weapons to defend itself. But beware of Hezbollah. It neither lacks Arab street support nor a conveyor of far-reaching missiles, or the capacity and the will to teach Israel a lesson.
This is why Hochstein is in the Middle East. The Hezbollah formula is detrimental to Israel’s survival.
