There is a major ongoing mutiny at the Department of State, the result of President Biden’s support for Israeli killing of women and children in Gaza. Behind Biden stands his Secretary of State Antony Blinken, who refused to pressure Israel to establish a ceasefire to help the civilian population recover from incessant Israeli bombs, all made in America. At this juncture in time, it’s absolutely correct to ask the most important question: Should Blinken not resign over Gaza and the policy of no ceasefire, which took the lives of over 11,000 civilians in one month?
The mutiny at State is a sign that he should. In fact, Punditry is told that most staff members that Blinken did not appoint hate him with passion. He has proven to be less than competent to run the foreign policies of the United States. Under his watch is not only the Gaza tragedy, but he has a history of failures to include support for the Saudi-Houthi war, and more troops in Syria as if Iraq never happened.
This lack of common sense and foresight on the part of Antony Blinken should be enough to disqualify him to lead our foreign policy during these trying times.
EUROPE IS UNDER DURESS BECAUSE OF BIDEN AND BLINKEN
In the meantime, Europe is experiencing much duress because of the Gaza war, which has galvanized the right and the left. The left siding with pro-Palestinian rallies, and the alt-right seeing an opportunity to spread hate about brown migrants. Had Blinken backed a ceasefire, the European tensions would not have been so grave, nor the mutiny at the Department of State.
How could Blinken live with himself when he accepts the idea that killing women and children is OK by his moral standards? Is that the burden we want our chief diplomat to carry into meetings with foreign leaders? What makes Antony Blinken different from Sergei Lavrov, who supported the mass murder of Syrian women and children? No difference in our book.
To this day, Blinken refuses to support a ceasefire in Gaza. As a supposed liberal Democrat, his policy is totally in line with Bezalel Smotrich and Itamar Ben-Gvir, the most extremist and unhinged ministers in Netanyahu’s government. Another idiot minister, Amihai Eliyahu, called for nuking Gaza.
This lack of common sense and foresight on the part of Antony Blinken should be enough to disqualify him to lead our foreign policy during these trying times. Blinken should resign. He is way over his head.
Hey, Antony, can you hear the cries of Gazan women and children in your dreams? Or, are you another liberal Democrat by name only?
