Ever since the ICC announced its intention to hold Benjamin Netanyahu accountable for crimes against humanity, there have been several efforts to derail the court from performing its duties. You recall that 12 GOP Senators who sent the ICC judges a threatening letter to sanction them and their families should they carry out their duties. Behind this illegal pressure is AIPAC, which presses all the buttons of Congress. Whether AIPAC challenges the rule of international law, or tampers with the legal process of an international court, you will always find AIPAC instigating Congress to act on behalf of Israel. On that basis, we must ask an essential question: Should the ICC also target AIPAC and its leadership for threatening their judges on the court on behalf of Israel and Benjamin Netanyahu?
Should the ICC also investigate whether to issue an arrest warrant for Elliott Brandt, Michael Tuchin, and Bernie Kamintesky? The top leadership at AIPAC.
The AIPAC top leaders would probably curl and hide if challenged on the international stage for their illegal activities. It is high time to pull the curtain on this organization illegally buying our politicians to serve the interests of Israel before the Interests of the United States.
For those fighting AIPAC’s influence in our politics, you may want to consider all the anti-AIPAC candidates in your districts to support.
Congress has passed every law AIPAC asked our legislators to pass to serve Israel at a time when the very same Congress fails to do so for the American people. Honestly, who does the US Congress work for?
SHAME ON CONGRESS
If nothing changes between now and the next six weeks, the whole world is going to witness the ugliness of our Congress when it invited Netanyahu, a known criminal, to speak for a joint session. Shame on all the members who voted for that invitation, as they take their marching orders from violent Zionists here at home working for a foreign entity.
Instead of protecting their own country from all the international anger they caused by allowing Joe Biden to send billions of dollars worth of weapons to kill innocent women and children, our Congress just took AIPAC campaign contributions and ran.
In fact, consider this. Congress has passed every law AIPAC asked our legislators to pass to serve Israel at a time when the very same Congress fails to do so for the American people. Honestly, who does the US Congress work for?
Rep. Rashida Tlaib and her progressive friends in Congress should write a direct letter to the ICC asking the court to open an investigation into the illegality of AIPAC’s activities.
AIPAC IS A CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER
The AIPAC formula is not sustainable. The more people understand what role AIPAC is playing in our politics and how it siphons our taxes to Israel, the more they will revolt against such foreign interference.
In as much as we are concerned, we believe the ICC prosecutor should contemplate issuing several arrest warrants for the leadership of AIPAC for instigating and influencing Congress to threaten the court. Tampering with any legal procedures is illegal under local and international laws.
Let us hope prosecutor Karim Khan sends the loudest message yet. One that holds accountable the main villainous actors behind the scene pulling all the strings in violation of the law.
For this possibility to happen, Rep. Rashida Tlaib and her progressive friends in Congress should write a direct letter to the ICC asking the court to open an investigation into the illegality of AIPAC’s activities.
