The White House and the Department of Justice have gotten the message loud and clear. If Merrick Garland does not indict Donald Trump, don’t count on the American voters to redo 2020 all over again. This explains the sudden flurry of activities at the DOJ in pursuit of justice the Department could have started a year ago. The evidence was available all along, but the will was lacking by some who believed the country could have a makeover of 2020. Now that Trump aides in his circle of hell have been subpoenaed, the canary who will sing first will be the one to least afford a protracted legal fight against the unlimited resources of the U.S. Government, which is just about all of them.
In addition to the subpoenas, the DOJ has access to some 40 smart phones full of terns of gigabytes of system data. If you know anything about smart phone storage, the operating systems, like the Apple iOS and the Google Android, log every activity, every bit of data retrievable with specialized software.
The smart phones represent an insurance policy against the Trump orbiters in case they start lying to the grand jury. So, who is the canary who will sing first? Probably all of them. We may finally know what Trump was doing during those infamous 187 minutes they all tried to pass as a quiet and silent period by the Fuhrer. And that’s absolute BS.
For Trump to remain in power, he needed more than his supporters storming the Capitol.
If some of these people do not land in jail for a long time, we are risking the very existence of our republic as monsters, like Trump and Bannon, keep the pressure on our democracy to bend to their will.
THERE ARE TWO KINDS OF TRUMP ORBITERS
Trump surrounded himself by loyalists. But loyalists come in two distinct flavors. Those who refuse to break the law and those who will follow the Fuhrer to their early graves. Like Allen Weisselberg who landed on his head.
The former ones will have nothing to worry about if they can prove their loyalty to the Constitution first; even while pretending they are still loyal to Trump. Is that you Mark Meadows? How do you know who these people are? Just follow the legal tract to their indictment, or lack of. Steve Bannon has already set the example.
The latter ones are a different story. Not only will they sing, but the law will pursue them diligently in order to prevent a repeat of January 6. A matter Trump is still contemplating if you listen to his speeches and lies. If some of these people do not land in jail for a long time, we are risking the very existence of our republic as monsters, like Trump and Bannon, keep the pressure on our democracy to bend to their will. That’s the honest truth.
Ironically, the very same thing our Founding Fathers planned against the likes of Donald Trump, his supporters, while singing the praises of Washington, Hamilton, Jefferson, Adams, and Madison, are indirectly destroying the very legacy of our Founders. Go figure their ignorance.
Yet, here we are. almost two years into the investigation and most of the perpetrators remain out in the world and free.
THE WIDE SCOPE OF THE SUBPOENAS
While the public wants to know what Donald Trump was doing during the assault on our democracy on January 6, the DOJ has a much broader goal in mind.
Do you know what is the most surprising about this paragraph? It’s the number of crimes the the Fuhrer and his presidency have committed, to include his entourage. Yet, here we are. almost two years into the investigation and most of the perpetrators remain out in the world and free. With the exception for the Capitol insurrectionists, the funders, the players, the executors, and the backers remain free to repeat January 6 again.
Is it because they are all entitled white people proving we have two justice systems in this country? Or is it for political consideration centered around a Kumbaya camp fire?
