Every US voter who is savvy enough about our foreign policy knows the extent of AIPAC influence over our Congress. Further, the same voter knows that AIPAC prefers Donald Trump to Joe Biden to win the elections, even though Biden has provided Israel with all the funds and materials it needed to carry out its Gaza Genocide. In fact, we could say with certainty that the Democrats lost the elections because of AIPAC and its push for an unpopular Gaza Genocide policy, which the Democrats fell for with money AIPAC bought them with. How ironic is that? This anti-Democrat Gaza policy ushered Donald Trump into the White House.
AIPAC has not only lost the Democrats the elections, but Americans are realizing that its influence is really harming the interests of the American political system. Here at home, and abroad.
The thing that Republicans must remember is that AIPAC may influence the elections today in favor of their party, but it might also influence the elections tomorrow in favor of the Democrats, depending on Israel’s interests, and not America’s.
Although the Democrats lost the elections partly because of AIPAC directing them to embrace unpopular policies, you don’t see the Democrats clamoring to point this issue to their constituents. Except for the very few tweets, here and there, most Democrats have lost their tongues.
Such is the fear the Democrats have of an Israeli lobby machine of terror. Folks, Israel and AIPAC occupy the United States of America too. But instead of fighting back their occupation like the brave Palestinians, American politicians turn the other cheek and dare call the people of Gaza and the West Bank terrorists.
In the case of AIPAC, its influence aims at protecting Israel for the Jews, and not Americans for America.
OTHERS ARE THINKING ALONG THE SAME LINES
The progressive Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez wrote on X:
If people want to talk about members of Congress being overly influenced by a special interest group pushing a wildly unpopular agenda that pushes voters away from Democrats then they should be discussing AIPAC https://t.co/2o22CMMtqw
— Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (@AOC) November 17, 2024
Is our political system getting a wake-up call about the harm AIPAC is causing our country? Or, will Congress toss it aside while extending a beggar’s hand to AIPAC, just as Congress normally does?
As of November 18, 6.2 million Americans saw that tweet, which is considerable given how little Americans know AIPAC, or about its treacherous interference in our politics.
For those who are not aware of the details, AIPAC lobbied our legislators heavily to invite the war criminal Benjamin Netanyahu to address both sessions of Congress. More importantly, it lobbied Congress and the White House to continue sending our tax dollars and weapons to Israel, even though AIPAC knew that 70% of those Israel butchered in Gaza were women and children.
The organization could not care less about democracy, freedom, and human rights except for the white and racist settler Zionists leading Israel.
As far as we are concerned, AIPAC is a supremacist Nazi-like organization operating freely in America because our laws permit billionaires to buy our politicians in order to influence the outcome of our elections.
In the case of AIPAC, its influence aims at protecting Israel for the Jews, and not Americans for America.
