The Jesus Way to Four Years in Prison for a Verbal Exchange

One thing Donald Trump was right about. Our system is rigged. How can anyone explain a Robert Chapman getting 18 months probation for storming The Capitol on January 6, and Brittany Martin, a pregnant activist for Black Lives Matter, sentenced the Jesus way to four years in prison because of a verbal exchange with a policeman that went along these lines “I’m willing to die for the Black, are you willing to die for the blue? This is just a job for you. This is my life.”

No, this did not happen in some banana republic, but here at home in South Carolina. The Jesus state to benevolence. Probably home to one of the largest concentrations of White Supremacist assholes in the country. All of whom are passing arbitrary and unconstitutional laws for the sole purpose of breaking the black families apart.

In this southern state where some whites believe blacks and people of color must stay in their place and never protest under their constitutional rights, most White Supremacists are angry. Why? Because the black people kidnapped them from Europe and enslaved them to pick their cotton in black-owned plantations.

So, the White Supremacists in South Carolina have passed laws to avenge their enslavement to the blacks. Or at least you would think this is the reason for so much unjustified and ignorant hate on their part.

And you thought the East German Stazi or the Brown Shirts of Hitler were terrible? We have our own Brown Shirts here in South Carolina parading as judges, prosecutors, lawmen, and policemen.

AGGRAVATED BREACH OF PEACE

In South Carolina, they have a law entitled “Aggravated Breach of Peace”, which in plain English could hold anyone responsible, for anything, at any time. If a junior high school student disrupted a classroom, they could be charged with “Aggravated Breach of Peace”. If someone, other than a white person, honked too often, the law in South Carolina could lock that person up 4 years or more in jail for “Aggravated Breach of Peace”.

In Brittany Martin’s case, she verbally confronted a policeman, which is her First Amendment right, and she got a 4-year prison sentence. While pregnant. And you thought the East German Stazi or the Brown Shirts of Hitler were terrible? We have our own Brown Shirts here in South Carolina parading as judges, prosecutors, lawmen, and policemen.

You paint the picture and the law could apply to you. Welcome to South Carolina where medieval White Supremacists contaminating the Republican Party run concentration camps for African-Americans while strutting their law degrees, badges, and robes.

This is what we call Organized Racism. Just like Organized Crime. Except it’s the law that is peddling criminal behavior.

Tribal all the way and to hell with the Jesus way to four years in prison for a pregnant woman who broke their Satanic laws.

SOUTH CAROLINA MEDIAN IQ

If we have to guess, the South Carolina Policemen, with a median IQ of 80, must be high fiving each other for that sentence. So are probably the prosecutors who deemed it reasonable to seek a long-term sentence for a pregnant black woman.

We wonder what their wives might think of their husbands if they were pregnant. Unless they were White Supremacists Born Again Christians with a selective Bible memory. Tribal all the way and to hell with their Jesus way to four years in prison for a pregnant woman who broke their Satanic laws.

We hope with such negative publicity and oversight by many of the media outlets, those presiding over this travesty will find a way to roll back their injustice. Let us also hope that the people who conspired to throw the book at Brittany Martin pay for their deeds with their own comfort.

This means the policemen who brought the charges are discharged. The prosecutors who sentenced Brittany Martin graduate to selling used cars. And the judge, Kirk Griffin, who showed extreme bias against Martin, can retire pronto. His name is already in the dirt. His legacy will be forgotten the moment he dies.
